It’s the 8th day and there are significantly fewer seeds left to germinate than when I started. Only one of the lemon drop peppers hasn’t germinated yet. I’m pretty happy about that. The yellow 7-pot and Carolina reapers haven’t done much yet, but they may take a little longer. I’m hoping I get a few more of the 7-pots and won’t be too disappointed if I don’t get any reapers. I can buy those at our local grocery store.
Some of the babies have already shed their seed husks and are starting to look like plants.
This is going to be a crazy mix of different peppers. I could rearrange them to be a little more organized, but I’m just going leave them alone so I don’t get confused and mix them up.
The sweet basil is doing well. I love fresh basil and look forward to harvesting some.
One of the cilantro pods is showing signs of life and the siam queen basil is doing fine. The cilantro is the pod in the front.
So far, everything is going well. I may need to make another pile of little paper cups and find another tray if the rest of the seeds germinate. I still have a little room for now. I think I’m getting about 12 new germinations a day.
